The Trawden & District Agricultural Society is a not-for-profit organisation that organises and stages the annual agricultural show.
We respect your privacy and are committed to maintaining the security of your personal data. This policy outlines how and why we collect and use personal data. We want to ensure you are informed and in control of your data.
In accordance with the latest GDPR (General Data Protection Regulations) we require you to ‘Opt in’ to this process to enable controlled 2-way communication.

We will NOT share, sell, distribute or lease your personal data to third parties unless required to by law.
Committee members such as Section Secretaries and Co-ordinators will use this data to communicate with you about Show matters
Committee members abide by the Trawden & District Agricultural Society data protection policies and your data will be treated confidentially
You’re right to withdraw consent
We will only use your personal data with your permission. You may withdraw that consent at any time. If you no longer wish to support the Show please contact our Data Protection Officer by email at: heapdiane@aol.com
Sensitive personal data
In exceptional circumstances sensitive personal health data may be collected as part of any accident reporting on the show field. This information may be shared with our insurance company in line with our legal and insurance obligations. If sensitive personal information is collected we will take extra care to ensure privacy rights are protected. Such data would only be retained for as long as the law required.
Notification of changes to this Privacy Policy
Trawden & District Agricultural Society reserves the right to amend this Privacy Notice at any time. Notice of any change will be posted on the Show website and will be deemed effective upon publication.
